The medium of instruction that we follow is English and emphasis is laid on Spoken English. It is believed by all teachers that the school is garden; the teacher is a gardener who would nurture the children in the manner that they shine in full bloom. For this purpose teaching becomes a combination of various methods. We believe that teaching becomes easier and all the more effective when more and more senses are involved. Besides class room lectures and activity based teaching we have may more interesting methods of teaching like we have Teach-Next software in all the possible areas, required.
The teaching aims are the scholastic and co-scholastic development of the child as required by the CCE pattern. Thus, teaching is a combination of methods like project, research, play, discussion, trying to enhance the problem solving and rational abilities of the child.
Activities: We strictly go by the prescribe activities by the CCE scheme. We go by the 16 parameters prescribed by the CCE scheme. We as an institution believe in inculcating the feeling of democracy and unity. Giving by the words of Mahatma Gandhi, Democracy must start at the grass root level; thus we have elections for the monitors and the council members. Besides this we have annual exhibition, annual day, annual cricket matches, Volley ball matches, zonal and regional competitions covering all the parameters and requisites of the co-scholastic areas.
