BHAVANITES visit ‘CATALYST -2019 a Medical Exposition’

                Stimulation of learning is experience.

               Rest all is information sharing

Listen and know, see and understand; do and be the master.

It is with experiment and experience that science is learnt. The students of medical science always look forward to arousing the intrigues of mind. Deeper insight and long lasting learning can be achieved through doing. This exactly was the opportunity bestowed on BBIS science students of class XI and XII and the science teachers, when they attended “Catalyst 2019-A  Medical Exposition” organized by students of AIIMS, Delhi. The Expo was an amazing mix of experiential learning with theoretical explanation. Showcase of cadaveric anatomical/pathological specimens, microscopic specimens, Forensic science, Life saving techniques-BLS, CPR, ACLS; all with the help of interactive audio visuals. The section exhibiting human heart and brain was mesmerizingly captivating for both students as well as teachers. Not to forget the panel showing comparison between normal and pathologically affected human organs. All around it was an ocean of information exciting and encouraging the science students to delve deep into it. A day dedicated to hands on learning.
