We live in a society that is exquisitely dependent on science, and these are the times wherein technology has become integral to our living and herein innovation plays a substantial role. Thus ATL Club of the school organized and hosted Inter School Science and technology oriented competition, “ATL TinkerFest”. The Fest was divided into nine events and entries were invited from schools across Delhi. Accepting the challenging problem, brain storming, analysing and arriving at the solution; this was the gist of the thoughtfully planned events that were titled as: - Design to Suite, Enactovation, Minecreation, Aavishkaar, Cheriovideo, Pigmi, Immingling, Business Blasters and Web Wonders. The participants of the fest presented their novel ideas and displayed the exhibits that were nothing short of glimpse of the future. Dr T. P. Singh, Deputy Education Officer (Retired), Rashtriya Pratibha Vikas Vidyalaya, Delhi and presently working as Director Principal of a renowned Delhi school; Mr. Anurag Pandey, Astro –Entrepreneur; Mr. Gaurav and Mr. Pratham Tiwari, Technology and Artificial Intelligence experts, were the esteemed “Guest of Honour” and Judges for the day. The revered dignitaries were welcomed and honoured by Dr. Jaspreet Kaur, Vice Principal of the school. All the judges were enthralled by the concepts demonstrated by young innovators and had a tough time deciding upon the winners. They could be seen asking questions, providing further guidance and assistance to the students so that they may augment their ideas. Indeed, the science of today is the technology of tomorrow.
