Stepping ahead to yet another year of fun, learning and activities, the Pre-school students of BBIS Dwarka celebrated their Graduation ceremony on Saturday, February 23, 2019. A spectacular show “FLASHBACK- reminiscence to memories” was staged by our kiddos where they showcased the phases of their growth of becoming from stumbling toddlers into lively explorers of their world filled with happiness, the innocence and the magical touch of childhood.
The programme began with the lamp lighting by our Vice Principal, followed with opening message by pre-primary coordinator, Ms. Rashmi Bhandari where she reiterated the school’s commitment ‘Goodness before Greatness’ and objective that is to educate students beyond books and examinations and to make them socially, morally and ethically strong. She also thanked the parent body for their unstinted support and cooperation. She also stressed upon the fact that the children are our future and the most valuable resource, hence they should be nurtured and given right platform to blossom. Parents were welcomed by the ‘Welcome Song’ sang by students.
Our Vice Principal, Mrs. Jaspreet Kaur also sensitized parents between spoiling and pampering kids and to spend quality time with them as attention and unconditional love is most precious thing parents can give to their kids.
An amazing fashion show was posed by our tiny fashionistas. Our kindergartners shared their experience and feelings about these 2 years of learning and showed gratitude to their teachers for their undying support and creating a strong foundation for their education.
After the speeches, the musical extravaganza began with great enthusiasm and energy where the performance of our little kiddos on energetic dance songs had captivated the parents and guests. The ambience echoed with applause and the heart touching performance for mothers on ‘meri pyaari ammi’ led the parents left them teary eyed whereas the mashup dance made everyone tap their feet along with vibrant performers. The programme was concluded with the vote of thanks and national anthem. The youngest bhavanites were also congratulated on their completion of their pre-primary education and blessed them for a bright and prosperous future.
A message was conveyed for everyone that ‘kids’ minds were not built to sit and be taught. They were built to explore, play and learn’.
