Cultivation of mind should be the ultimate aim of human existence- B.R Ambedkar
This year on April 14, India commemorated the 131st birth anniversary of Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar, the country’s first law minister. Baba Saheb is fondly remembered and widely regarded as the founder of the Indian Constitution. Under his presidency, the constituent assembly drafted the world’s longest written constitution, which is now known as the Indian Constitution. For the celebration of ‘Ambedkar Jayanti’ a special assembly was conducted. This was to recall and learn his teachings and works. After the assembly, a class room interactive discussion was conducted by the teachers. The children were made aware of important anecdotes and incidents from the life of Dr. Ambedkar, who brought India together under One Constitution.
