Benefits of yoga are countless like Weight loss, stress relief, inner peace, improved immunity, mind and emotional control with greater awareness, increased energy, better relationships, flexibility & posture, intuition etc. So, in order to enjoy these benefits the school has trained yoga instructors who in turn train the students to have a sound mind and sound body.

Special yoga and meditation session is taken during assembly.
