“A concerted effort to preserve our heritage is a vital link to our cultural, educational, aesthetic, inspirational and economic legacies – all of the things that quite literally make us who we are.’’
To mark the World Heritage Day, a special assembly was organized on APRIL 18, 2019. The assembly began with the enlightening speech by the student of class VII which motivated the children to preserve our heritage sites and feel proud of our rich culture and heritage. The speech was followed by a mesmerizing poem which left the audience with a positive feeling to save our heritage sites. .A Quiz competition was also organized wherein the students answered the questions enthusiastically. A skit based on ‘OUR HERITAGE , OUR PRIDE, by students of classes VI TO VIII gave a clear message to keep on doing our best effort to preserve our heritage. To conclude the assembly a special session was held which made the children more aware about Do's and Dont's while maintaining our precious monuments. Overall the assembly was applauded by one and all.
