Heritages are the preservative of the past for the future.
Heritage is a legacy that we carry forward. It reflects our culture and signifies our roots. To celebrate World Heritage Day, a special assembly was organised to highlight the significant fact that heritage is a treasure trove of the past and it is the responsibility of the present generation to protect, preserve and promote it’s continuity for the future generation. The theme chosen for this year was “Heritage and Climate”. In order to make the students understand in a more realistic and effective manner, a PPT was shown and a class discussion was done by the teachers. An integrated activity titled “YESTEREARS” was conducted in classes VI to VIII wherein students got engaged in doing of varied activities revolving around Culture and Heritage. It was an enriching day and the students enjoyed a lot while gaining a new perspective about their rich cultural heritage. Building future success and prestige is how we honour our heritage...
